Central African Republic
➧The Central African Republic is a landlocked country in central Africa. It has been under French rule since 1894, and in 1910 became one of the four territories of French Equatorial Africa. This federation was dissolved in 1958 at which point the Central African Republic became an autonomous member of the French Community. Since 1995, the Central African Republic has used the common banknotes issued by the Central African States monetary union.
